Co-founded in 2021 by two partners, a staffing agency owner of 20 years and a technologist who specializes in cutting edge distributed systems, Certus was created to fill the void of outmoded technology systems in the temporary staffing industry.

 It is estimated 80% of all temporary staffing flows through Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Much of the current technology supporting the industry still relies heavily on human capital, and offers little or no digital connectivity to partners, vendors and temporary staffing customers.

 Certus was developed with a core focus on automation, AI (machine learning), and connectivity, while remaining highly configurable to client specifications. Certus seeks to optimize each segment of the temporary staffing ecosystem including employers (companies who utilize temporary labor), MSP’s, staffing agencies and the contingent worker.
